Joshua Komisarjevsky did not speak in court Tuesday but not guilty pleas were entered on his behalf for all 17 counts in the Cheshire triple homicide.

Komisarjevsky is accused of murder and other charges in the deaths of Jennifer Hawke-Petit and her daughters, Michaela, 11, and Hayley, 17.

The trial is scheduled to get underway Monday, Sept. 15.
