Joshua Komisarjevsky’s attorneys want to prevent Dr. William Petit Jr., the sole survivor of the Cheshire triple homicide, from testifying about personal family matters when he takes the witness stand during the upcoming trial.
The defense teams also wants the venue for the trial changed, in addition to other requests.
